The foundation Saint Martin de Porres is a non profit making civil entity, deeply catholic, constituted with people close to the charisma, the vocation and the finalities of the Saint Peter Fraternity. (statuts).

It was founded in Anolaima on November 9th 2006 and officially recognized by the Chamber of Commerce the 23rd January 2007 (NIT no 900 130 736-4), with the aim to support and develop the projects that the Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter establishes in the municipality of Anolaima and later on a national and international level.

Moreover, the Foundation Saint Martin de Porres puts its emphasis on the long term support and development of the most under privileged communities of the department of Cundinamarca and the country, through the recovery, the support and promotion, particularly to the children and the young, of local handicrafts and culture.

At the moment, it is supporting with other foreign institutions, the social and cultural project of integral and long term development that the Fraternity of Saint Peter has started with the young ‘’campesinos’’ (peasants) of the municipality of Anolaima and whose theme is: "To know, to love and to transmit what is ours’’.

Furthermore, it is organising academic and cultural programs of a good level (arts school Personare, Scouts of Anolaima, monthly artistic events, etc.) and belongs to the Municipal Plan for Development of the cultural level.

The Foundation Saint Martin de Porres’s vocation is to give to the young and the children an interesting alternative and easily accessible for their moral, human and intellectual education, as well as  being an engine for all their efforts and any initiative serving the common good.
